This delicate young woman has a million-ruble business and perfect discipline under her belt. Since she was 14, she’s been doing heavy athletics for 5−6 hours every week.
At 19, Elena founded her startup AEROSPACE-AGRO, which assists agricltural businesses by using AI and satellite imagery to survey the quality of agricultural land and increase crop yields. At 23, she was already featured in the Forbes Russia 30 Under 30 Ranking.
What’s behind her success? A passion for geography and an 18-hour work day.
Elena has calculated that she needs 55,968 hours to achieve a result. In order to perform these calculations, she spent three months timing her every action — from having breakfast to performing a specific task — with a stopwatch.
In her free time, Elena studies fashion history, goes to the gym, and refines her plans for building a space empire.
